“People Like People Like Them”
When selling any product or service you have to identify your target audience, what type of people are your product or service’s going to help, What are their desires, their needs, fears all the factors as we humans need to be satisfied before we are happy to part with out hard earned cash. Always remember that it is a person on the other side of that email or telephone, So treat them with the respect that you would demand yourself, the value of a customer is not about the sale today try and look at the bigger picture, look at the lifetime value of that customer. Build long term relationships with them build value and trust, be supportive and help them solve their problems. Do this and you will be rewarded greatly my friends. I have trained many sales people over the years and i cannot shout this load enough If you want long lasting customer loyaltyrespect and help them, they are not just a $ value. Try and mirror your clients put your self in their shoes, empathy is a great tool it puts people ate ease, if you can understand them you are one of them not a stranger after their money. I truly hope you make this part of you business.
